Uh- excuse me....but wasn't this the VERY reason why the United Nations was created....? The Preamble to the U.N. treaty reads.....We the peoples of the United Nations determined- to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind...... WTF!! What the hell are they doing....NOT a single DAMN thing....just letting ISIS do whatever it wants to do....and then not even helping the refugees. 

I mean... doesn't saving people from ISIS's war meet the qualifications of...to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war.....????????????? Like I always have said, nobody wants to do their job but everybody want to cash the check....
